TaskPilot

Terms of Service

Effective 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you use TaskPilot, an Android app for managing tasks, projects and sprints with your team, provided by KH Apps Collection (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TaskPilot.

1. Your account

2. Workspaces and roles

TaskPilot is organised into workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its Owner and can invite Managers and Members, change roles, and remove people. What each person can see and change depends on their role, and everything you add to a workspace is visible to its members. Do not add anything to a workspace that you are not willing to share with them.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, comments and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the app for you and your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Google Drive and Google Calendar

Attachments and calendar events use your own Google account, and only if you choose to connect them. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s terms. Files you attach are stored in your Google Drive, not on our servers, and calendar invitations are sent by Google to the people you invite. You can disconnect TaskPilot at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Notifications

TaskPilot sends reminders and notifications about your tasks. You can change these in the app’s notification settings or your device settings.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TaskPilot running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using TaskPilot at any time and ask us to delete your data using the data deletion page. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

9. No warranty

TaskPilot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of TaskPilot, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which KH Apps Collection is established, and courts there can hear disputes, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
